Job Summary
Plan technical approaches, resources, schedules, budgets, and equipment for testing and evaluating new systems, products, and special devices. Prepare test and diagnostic programs, design test fixtures and equipment, and complete specifications and procedures throughout the engineering development lifecycle. Apply advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, AR/VR, Cloud Native, and Quantum Physics to solve customer missions in cyber, RF, undersea, interstellar space, and other domains. Identify opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation. Work within a collaborative environment to anticipate and shape business opportunities while contributing to the development of new theories and methods to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related Science, Technology or Mathematics field
- 8+ years of job-related experience
- Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience
- Department of Defense SECRET security clearance
- Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire
- U.S. citizenship
- Eligibility requirements for access to classified information
- Expert knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming, system processes and scripting languages
- Use of Cloud for large scale test environments
- Use of AI for Integration and Test
- Ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
- Recognized as a subject matter expert (SME) in multiple technical areas
Desired Qualifications
- Department of Defense SECRET security clearance is preferred at time of hire
