Job Summary
Lead schematic projects for retailers to maximize shelf space and support category insights, drawing sets that drive chain volume, space, and distribution goals. Provide expertise to space analysts to improve efficiency and implement space management planning processes and tools. Develop effective space management strategies, create education on category management, and build relationships to achieve desired outcomes with distributors. This role includes 15-20% travel and a hybrid schedule of four days in the office in Milwaukee.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience (3+ years) in the field of space management
- Strong PC skills in applicable programs (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Advanced knowledge of space management tools including Blue Yonder (JDA Space Planning)
- Good understanding of retailer space strategies
- Expected travel 15-20%
- This position will be in office Monday through Thursday with Fridays working from home
