Space Domain Awareness (SDA) Project Engineer

SDA Project Engineer needed to deliver SDA/SSA software capabilities for Space Force operations in El Segundo, CA. You will design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and ensure acceptance of mission-critical software across orbit determination, decay/re-entry, launch, and satellite catalog administration. Responsibilities include advising teams on architectures, algorithms, and integration; driving short- and long-term solutions with clear deliverables; enabling rapid development cycles while maintaining high-quality software; collaborating with Product Owner(s), Product Manager(s), and engineers; enforcing standardized engineering processes; managing programmatic dependencies such as data feeds and test environments; participating in agile ceremonies; and working within DevSecOps, cloud-native and hybrid cloud environments to meet mission objectives. Qualifications require at least 7 years in SDA/SSA, a relevant Bachelor’s degree, US citizenship, and a current Secret Clearance. Salary range is $150k-$220k annually.
