Job Summary
Occupancy Planner with CAD drafting and TRIRIGA IWMS expertise, responsible for developing migration plans, forecasting space demand, ensuring data accuracy in TRIRIGA, and reporting space utilization to stakeholders. Works with Corporate Real Estate, Business Unit leadership, and Finance to align planning with guidelines, manages top-down and bottom-up projections, and supports move coordination and space data updates. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field and 3–5 years of corporate real estate experience; proficient in AutoCAD, TRIRIGA IWMS, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong communication and independent work capabilities. Position requires US work authorization without sponsorship and offers on-site opportunities in Austin, TX; Poughkeepsie, NY; San Jose, CA; and Yorktown Heights, NY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, Construction Management, or related field (preferred)
- 3 – 5 years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
- Experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level
- Proficient CAD skills and TRIRIGA IWMS system experience
- Proficient data analytics skills with AI implementation
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, calculations)
- Experience with AutoCAD and TRIRIGA
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; ability to consolidate data and floor plans into PowerPoint for client presentations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and multi-task
- Ability to interact with executive-level clients and stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a diverse team environment
