SPA Therapist Trainer / Qatar

Job Summary
Design and deliver training programs for new and existing spa therapists, covering massage techniques, facials, body therapies, and beauty services. Assess therapist skills, provide coaching to improve performance, and ensure compliance with Qatar's health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Develop training manuals, standard operating procedures, and educational materials while introducing new treatments and products. Monitor performance through regular evaluations and refresher sessions, working with management to identify training needs. Support recruitment by assisting with practical skill assessments during interviews and maintain accurate training records. Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, Cosmetology, Wellness, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
- At least 2 years in a training or supervisory role
- Professional certifications in massage therapy, skincare, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatment protocols, and international service standards
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation
- Fluency in English
