SPA Therapist Trainer

Job Summary
Design and deliver training programs for new and existing spa therapists on treatments, massage techniques, and beauty services. Assess therapist skills, provide coaching, and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures, treatment protocols, and Qatar's health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Introduce new treatments, equipment, and products while developing training manuals and educational materials. Monitor performance through evaluations and refresher sessions, assist with recruitment skill assessments, and maintain accurate training records. Work closely with management to identify training needs and improve team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Spa Management, Cosmetology, Wellness, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Therapist
- At least 2 years in a training or supervisory role
- Professional certifications in massage therapy, skincare, beauty therapy, or wellness treatments
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatment protocols, and international service standards
- Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation
- Fluency in English
