Job Summary
Perform spa treatments in accordance with established standards, ensuring consistency and high-quality service. Provide a warm, professional, and personalised guest experience throughout the spa journey. Support the achievement of daily sales targets for treatments and retail products. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall spa presentation at all times. Ensure spa equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition. Handle guest enquiries, consultations, and feedback in a professional manner. Maintain accurate guest records and complete daily administrative tasks. Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment of spa products and supplies. Support reception duties when required, including handling calls and bookings. Promote spa services, packages, and ongoing promotions to guests. Participate in training programmes to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with all spa policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or equivalent in Spa Therapy or Beauty Therapy
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a hotel or spa environment
- Knowledge of face and body treatments and basic massage techniques
- Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
