Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies in line with hotel standards and guest preferences. Deliver personalized wellness experiences with professionalism and care. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas. Ensure all treatment products, equipment, and linens are properly prepared before each service. Provide guests with recommendations on spa treatments and wellness products. Handle guest requests and concerns with a service-oriented and positive approach. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times. Coordinate effectively with the spa reception and wellness team to ensure smooth daily operations. Create a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests through attentive service and positive communication. Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or wellness center. Certification in massage and body therapies. Strong communication and guest relations skills. Passion for wellness, hospitality, and personalized guest service. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required. Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
