Job Summary
Spa Therapist for Four Seasons Hotel New Orleans (Part-Time/On-Call). The Massage Therapist performs body treatments per established Four Seasons protocols, maintains spa operations, and ensures guest peace and relaxation. Requirements include a current massage license (where applicable) and fluency in English; 1-2 years’ experience in a luxury spa is preferred. Responsibilities include set-up and maintenance of the spa, guest interactions with high hospitality standards, assisting guests with appointments, stocking and cleaning treatment rooms and equipment, and adherence to service sequences and safety protocols (CPR/First Aid certified preferred). The role offers part-time/on-call hours with mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- current massage license
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
- 1-2 years of luxury spa experience preferred
