Job Summary
Maintain positive guest relations while performing various therapeutic massages with a friendly, nurturing demeanor. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas. Ensure complete knowledge of all resort features, services, hours of operation, and amenities. This role requires a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings, extended standing, and strong upper body strength. You must be licensed in the State of Florida to perform massages, with previous customer service experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed in the State of Florida to perform massages
- Hours will vary therefore a flexible schedule is required, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Strong physical strength and endurance (strong hands and good upper body strength)
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of all resort features/services, hours of operation, and resort amenities
Desired Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
