Provide massage services to guests using props and/or products and body treatments using scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications before beginning service; maintain current skills and licensure per regional requirements. Escort guests to treatment rooms; arrange workstation and drapes; monitor guest comfort, safety, and security; promote spa services and retail offerings; maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools and treatment spaces; adhere to time schedules; follow Marriott SOPs for handling inappropriate conduct and report incidents; develop positive working relationships; stand and move for extended periods; perform other duties as requested by supervisors. Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality; support assets and policies.
