Job Summary
Provide holistic treatments including massages, facial and body services to enhance the guest experience while ensuring compliance with Leading Quality Assurance standards. Welcome clients, advise on available programs and products, and suggest appropriate therapies based on individual needs. Maintain accurate records of treatments and product usage, update guest information, and ensure all treatment rooms are fully set up before beginning services. Drive daily, monthly, and yearly revenue targets and uphold hygiene, sterilization, and safety policies. Report unusual incidents, complaints, and property issues to the supervisor. Participate in ongoing training, internal meetings, and the multi-skills philosophy to support department objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate holder or equivalent qualification
- 2 years in a similar position in a five-star hotel
- Physically fit for the position
- Knowledge in micros Microsoft Office Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Time management
- Good communication skills, (written and verbal)
- People management experience
- Strong orientation towards customer service
- Highly organized and proactive and be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
