Job Summary
Spa Therapist responsible for performing massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies; greet guests, inform about spa packages and rates, customize treatments, and upsell spa programs. Maintain detailed records of services, ensure spa standards, and assist with product knowledge and retail. Must escort guests to treatment rooms, stay up-to-date with techniques, and assess guest needs/contraindications before starting services. Requires certificate in massage, prior spa experience, strong communication and customer service skills, and knowledge of anatomy/physiology; fast learner with ability to operate massage machines.
Required Qualifications
