SPA Therapist

Provide massage services to guests using props and products, and deliver body treatments with scrubs, wraps, and hydrotherapy. Assess guest needs and contraindications before beginning service, then escort guests to and from treatment rooms. Arrange workstations, check on guest comfort and safety throughout the shift, and promote spa/salon services including retail offerings. Clean, maintain, and sterilize tools; keep work areas clean, dispose of trash, and secure supplies at shift end. Monitor time schedules, handle inappropriate guest behavior per Marriott standards, and report accidents or unsafe conditions to the manager. Maintain current skills, licensure, and certifications as required by regional regulations.
