Job Summary
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies while assessing guest needs and recommending suitable services. Maintain a high standard of hygiene in treatment rooms and facilities, educate clients on available products and post-treatment care, and uphold industry protocols to ensure guest comfort. Assist in promoting spa services to maximize revenue and keep up to date with industry trends. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center
- Certified in massage therapy, body treatments
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
