Job Summary
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies while assessing guest needs and recommending suitable services. Maintain a high standard of hygiene in treatment rooms and facilities, educate clients on available products and post-treatment care, and assist in promoting spa services to maximize revenue. Uphold industry protocols, health and safety regulations, and company policies to deliver consistent, professional experiences in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic knowledge a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center
- Certified in massage therapy, body treatments
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
