Job Summary
Demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence while maintaining high customer service levels. Liaise with the wellness spa manager to ensure stock level checks are completed and carry out housekeeping duties to maintain work areas. Reach and exceed retail targets, including providing reception cover for takings, bookings, and enquiries when the receptionist is absent. Adhere to health and safety procedures and compliance standards, attending internal and external training courses as required.
Required Qualifications
- To demonstrate and deliver Spa and Beauty Treatments to a standard of excellence, previous experience essential
- Excellent organisational and communicational skills
- Have a high standard of customer service experience
- To have a good understanding of health and safety procedures and compliance
- Previous experience in Spa facilities
- qualifications to include NVQ Level 2 or above in beauty therapy or ITEC equivalent
- the ability to manage time efficiently
