Job Summary
Provide a range of spa treatments and therapies to guests including massages, facials, body treatments, and other specialized luxury services using various techniques and products. Conduct consultations with guests to understand their specific requirements and preferences, while providing recommendations on appropriate treatments to ensure a personalized, comfortable, and safe experience. Prepare treatment rooms before each guest appointment to ensure the room is clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies, linens, and equipment, creating a serene and inviting ambience. Assist in managing guest appointments when necessary and assist guests by providing knowledge on products, skincare, and wellness practices to enhance the experience. Adhere to strong health and safety regulations and protocols related to spa services while maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating ethical conduct.
