Spa Therapist

Deliver professional massage and body treatment services across sessions of 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minutes. Provide specialized aesthetic services including facials, skincare treatments, and nail care as required. Customize treatment plans based on guest needs and health considerations. Maintain exceptional client comfort, safety, and a hygienic work environment; ensure equipment is well-maintained. Demonstrate product knowledge and actively support retail sales. Assist guests with information about hotel facilities and spa amenities. Participate in spa operations with the team to uphold service excellence. Adhere to departmental policies, safety protocols, and sanitation standards; respond promptly to guest inquiries with courtesy. Contribute to a collaborative team environment and perform additional duties to support overall spa operations. Current certification from an accredited school of Massage Therapy and Aesthetics is required; all professional licenses must be current and valid. CPR and First Aid certification are preferred. Multilingual abilities (Turkish and English) are preferred. Previous experience as a Massage Therapist or in a related spa/wellness role is preferred.
