Job Summary
Spa Therapist at Fairmont Banff Springs in Banff, AB. Perform a range of massage and body treatments (30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes) and related services as certified, maintaining clean work area, managing supplies (oils, towels, linens), and upholding professional standards. Requires certification from an accredited Body Work school, proven experience with facials, massage, and body treatments, ability to lift 20+ lbs, and CPR/First Aid licenses. Role includes in-house training participation and opportunities to extend homecare and retail recommendations to guests; benefits include subsidized staff accommodation, meals, comprehensive medical/dental coverage, pension plan, and staff travel/discount programs. Visa to work in Canada required.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate from accredited school of Body Work
- Proven experience with facials, nails, massage, and body treatments
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20+ lbs
- Visa Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
