Job Summary
Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring smooth guest flow, adherence to SOPs, and readiness of treatment rooms and public areas. Monitor cleanliness, stock levels of professional products and linens, and equipment care while assisting the Wellness Manager with operational reporting and audits. Greet guests, manage appointment scheduling, handle feedback, and support personalized service delivery. Supervise therapists and attendants, conduct on-the-job training, assist with roster preparation, and promote upselling of treatments and retail products. Monitor daily performance metrics and support retail inventory control and seasonal promotions. Requires minimum two years in a supervisory or senior therapist role at a luxury spa with a professional therapy qualification.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or senior therapist role in a luxury spa
- Strong knowledge of spa treatments, product houses, and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Financial awareness with basic understanding of spa KPIs and sales performance
- Professional spa therapy qualification required
Desired Qualifications
