Spa Supervisor - Manado Marriott Resort & Spa

Advise employees on property information, group bookings, and policy changes while confirming guest details and scheduling treatments. Monitor daily time schedules, resolve staffing conflicts, and promote spa services and retail products. Complete supply requisitions, inspect work areas for standards compliance, and coordinate maintenance requests with Engineering. Assist management with hiring, training, and scheduling staff; report accidents and unsafe conditions immediately. Ensure uniform standards, protect company assets, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information. Welcome guests, address service needs, and support individuals with disabilities using professional communication. Perform duties requiring extended standing or walking and lifting objects up to 10 pounds.
