Spa Supervisor

Support the day-to-day operation of the spa and wellness facilities by leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Assist with supervising team members during shifts, maintaining high standards across treatments, facilities, and guest areas while welcoming guests and responding to enquiries. Help maintain standards, assist with training new team members, promote spa services and retail products, monitor guest feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Create a positive environment for guests and colleagues. This hands-on role involves 32 hours per week at Stanley House Hotel & Spa in Mellor, Lancashire.
