Spa Supervisor - Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa

Advise employees on property information, group bookings, and policy changes while confirming guest details and monitoring daily treatment schedules. Answer service inquiries, promote spa and retail products, and complete requisitions for supplies and equipment. Inspect work areas and tools for conformance to standards, notifying Engineering of maintenance needs. Assist management in hiring, training, and scheduling staff; serve as a role model and report accidents or unsafe conditions. Welcome guests according to company standards, address service needs, and ensure adherence to quality expectations and personal appearance policies. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
