Spa Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee daily spa operations at Bishop's Lodge, supervising frontline team members and providing real-time coaching to ensure service excellence. Manage opening and closing procedures, maintain cleanliness standards, and support inventory control while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Assist with onboarding new associates, coordinate schedules for appropriate staffing levels, and resolve guest concerns to deliver a consistent, high-quality wellness experience. Maintain a visible presence in spa areas to support guest engagement and communicate policies to the team. This role requires working flexible schedules including weekends and evenings, with a focus on fostering a calm, welcoming environment that reflects the Auberge Collection's standards of luxury and service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or luxury guest services
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings
