Job Summary
Manage daily reservation and service operations for the Spa and Salon, ensuring quality standards and an unequaled guest experience. Open and close facilities according to standard operating procedures, answer phones, and process all reservations, changes, or cancellations in the spa system. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of work areas while explaining treatment menus and packages to guests. Process billing and posting for spa, salon, and retail services, reporting any overages or shortages to the Spa Guest Supervisor. Provide courteous personal services regarding resort directions, food and beverage amenities, and laundry. Full-time position with a preference for prior spa resort experience.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in spa resort environment preferred
- High school education or equivalent preferred
