Check in guests accurately, process charges and sales, and assist with boutique ring-ups to promote up-selling. Maintain professional attitudes, handle cancellations, and ensure guests understand service benefits and contraindications. Perform cashiering and bank duties, check computer logs for service openings, and read daily memos. Arrive in uniform, attend staff meetings, and follow all Tribal Ordinance and internal control procedures. This part-time role supports the Spa Boutique and front desk operations, requiring a friendly, service-oriented demeanor.
