Spa Services Representative (Full Time)

Greet guests warmly, answer phones within three rings, and schedule spa services while verifying appointments and times. Check in guests, process charges and sales accurately, and assist with boutique ring-ups to promote treatments through up-selling. Maintain accurate cashiering and bank responsibilities, handle cancellations, and monitor service openings to prevent errors. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and internal control procedures while attending staff meetings and reading daily memos. Perform requested duties of manager/supervisor as needed and follow all front desk and programming standards of operation.
