Greet guests warmly, answer telephone inquiries within three rings, and schedule spa services while verifying appointments and times. Process charges and sales accurately, including up-selling treatments and assisting with boutique ring-ups. Maintain accurate cashiering and bank responsibilities, check computer logs for service openings, and handle cancellations efficiently. Adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, regulations, and standard operating procedures while attending staff meetings and reading departmental memos daily. Perform requested duties of manager/supervisor as needed. High School Diploma/G.E.D required with 6 months to 1 year experience in cashiering and guest services.
