Job Summary
Check in guests, process payments, and confirm appointments while promoting spa services and retail offerings. Manage reservation software by reading and visually verifying information, and provide accurate answers regarding services. Maintain a safe workplace by following company policies, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance and communications. Work on your feet moving over sloping or slippery surfaces, lifting objects up to 25 pounds with assistance, and performing tasks that require bending, twisting, and reaching overhead.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
