Job Summary
Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales while providing exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest needs. Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin therapy, educating guests confidently about services and products. Maintain excellent phone etiquette with an upbeat tone and develop positive relationships with team members and guests. Requires previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services, along with proficiency in basic computer software. Full and part-time positions available with 6–8-hour shifts, including a required weekend shift.
