Job Summary
Achieve monthly sales targets through membership and gift card sales while promoting therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy. Provide exceptional service by listening, communicating, and responding to guest needs, educating them confidently about services and products. Maintain positive relationships with team members and guests using excellent phone etiquette and an upbeat tone. Required 1 weekend shift with 6–8-hour days or evenings; full and part-time positions available. Competitive pay with commission and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or guest services
- Exceptional guest service and communication abilities
- Proficient with basic computer software and quick to learn new systems
- Fast learner with a positive and energetic demeanor
- Strong critical thinking skills, especially in resolving customer conflicts
- Thrives in collaborative team settings
- Required 1 weekend shift
