Job Summary
Sell massage and facial memberships to guests, explain benefits, and recommend upgrades while following up with potential members and inactive guests. Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings, confirm appointments, and reduce cancellations to maximize therapist schedules. Greet guests, answer phones, and schedule appointments to support a smooth front desk operation and deliver exceptional customer service. Requires 1+ year of sales or customer service experience, comfort with booking software, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
- Available during peak business hours, including evenings
- Available during peak business hours, including weekends
- Available during peak business hours, including holidays as needed
