Job Summary
Sell massage and facial memberships to guests, explain benefits, and recommend service upgrades. Follow up with potential members and inactive guests to drive retention. Call, text, and follow up with guests to fill openings, confirm appointments, and reduce cancellations. Greet guests, answer phones, and schedule appointments to support a smooth front desk operation. Earn $14–$16/hour base pay with commissions and bonuses; typical weekly earnings range from $710 to $900+. Flexible schedule available including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
- Available during peak business hours, including evenings
- Available during peak business hours, including weekends
- Available during peak business hours, including holidays as needed
