Job Summary
Sell massage and facial memberships to guests, explain benefits confidently, and recommend services and wellness plans. Call, text, and follow up with potential members and inactive guests to fill openings, confirm appointments, and reduce cancellations. Greet guests, answer phones, schedule appointments, and support a smooth front desk operation while delivering exceptional customer service. Prioritize availability during peak business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
- Available during peak business hours, including evenings
