Job Summary
Sell massage and facial memberships to guests, explain benefits, and recommend services and wellness plans. Call, text, and follow up with potential members and inactive guests to fill openings, confirm appointments, and reduce cancellations. Greet guests, answer phones, and schedule appointments to support a smooth front desk operation. This role offers base pay of $14–$16/hour with weekly earnings of $710–$900+ via commissions and bonuses. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Top performers can advance into lead associate or management positions.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or membership sales experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale and working toward goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable, outgoing, and team-oriented personality
- Comfortable using booking software and POS systems
- Available during peak business hours, including evenings
- Available during peak business hours, including weekends
- Available during peak business hours, including holidays as needed
