Job Summary
Answer phones, greet guests, and book appointments while balancing the daily schedule at Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa. Meet and exceed sales goals for memberships and gift cards by effectively communicating promotions and service options to clients. Provide excellent customer service, build lasting relationships, and maintain a clean, professional environment in the rooms and common areas. You must have detailed knowledge of the service menu, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. Available for day, evening, and weekend shifts, this role offers paid training, paid sick time, and opportunities for advancement into leadership positions within our supportive team culture.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Ability to effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
