Job Summary
Answer phones, greet guests, and book appointments while balancing the daily schedule. Meet and exceed sales goals for memberships, gift cards, and other products by effectively communicating promotions and service options. Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships, maintain a clean and professional environment, and handle inquiries with a positive attitude. Work flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts to accommodate various schedules. Earn a base rate plus commission on sales.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 18 years old or older
- Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
- Detailed knowledge of the menu of services
- Ability to effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
- Ability to book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule
- Ability to keep rooms and common areas clean, professional, and comfortable
- Ability to bring a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to be highly professional in appearance and attitude
- Ability to be a strong team player able to also work independently
