Job Summary
Greets and registers guests upon arrival, ensuring file accuracy and posting charges while settling accounts. Schedule spa services on the computerized system, maintain a clean and stocked work area, and properly open and close the facility per Standard Operating Procedures. Acknowledge all entering and leaving guests, ensure health history forms are completed, and promote additional spa services and gift certificates. Provide locker room coverage as necessary and communicate any guest or staff issues to management. Requires high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of consistent, steady work experience with the general public, specifically in customer service
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional communication, listening, and people skills
- Ability to manage payments according to procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience helpful
