Spa Receptionist

Job Summary
Greets and registers guests upon arrival, ensuring file accuracy and posting charges while maintaining a clean, safe, and fully stocked work area. Schedule spa services on a computerized system, assist guests in settling accounts, and ensure health history forms are completed before therapist assignments. Provide locker room coverage as necessary, promote additional spa services and gift certificates, and communicate any occurrences requiring management attention. Maintain eye contact with all guests, properly open and close the facility per Standard Operating Procedures, and participate in regular training and staff meetings. Work independently and within a team with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of consistent, steady work experience with the general public, specifically in customer service
- Excellent verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional communication, listening, and people skills
- Ability to manage payments according to procedures
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to project a positive attitude over the telephone
- Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task
- Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk experience helpful
