Job Summary
Greet guests warmly at the spa reception, manage reservations and booking flow, handle check-in/check-out, process payments and provide receipts, maintain the reception and waiting areas, answer inquiries via phone and email, promote spa retail items, support providers and attendants, coordinate with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest experience, and help drive sales targets for services and retail while maintaining high service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience in luxury hospitality or 5-star Spa is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
