Job Summary
Welcome spa guests warmly and answer phones in a friendly, courteous manner. Carefully listen to guests to ensure services are reserved and scheduled, then follow proper steps to make treatment reservations. Serve as the guest liaison with treatment providers to explain the service process. Manage the reservation system, update schedules regularly, and accurately record all transactions while performing daily audits. Up-sell and recommend other hotel outlets, ensure retail products are well displayed, and support the spa director with projects and inventories. Perform additional duties as directed by leadership. Availability for weekends and holidays is required.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant experience and/or training
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous similar position in a Spa, or similar business entity
