Spa Receptionist

As a Spa Receptionist at FFC, you will greet members and guests by name, manage front desk duties including booking and payments, answer calls, educate clients on Recovery Lounge services and products, coordinate with spa staff to ensure seamless scheduling, and support other departments as needed. You will maintain a pristine front desk and tanning areas, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in mandatory hospitality training during the first 90 days.
