Job Summary
Maximize spa revenue through effective scheduling, yield management, and cross-selling treatments and retail products. Act as the first point of contact by delivering five-star guest relations, conducting tours, and answering telephones within three rings. Manage all billing procedures, reconcile funds at shift and day's end, and accurately record guest preferences and contact details in the Spa Soft system. Maintain reception area cleanliness, organize supplies, and prepare for shift handovers. Liaise with hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met and report complaints to the Spa Manager. Adhere to brand standards for appearance, hygiene, and confidentiality while supporting other spa departments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Maintain a sound treatment and retail knowledge
- Ability to accurately describe benefits and prices
- Ability to grasp, lift, push or otherwise move objects
- Exert physical effort in transporting 40 to 60 pounds
- Ability to move safely in uneven terrain or in confined spaces
- Ability to see and respond to dangerous situations
- Requires mobility
- Sense of smell, taste, touch, and sound
- Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to reach 6 inches/feet
