Host guests through the facility, explain the Fairmont Spa story, and guide them toward specific needs while offering treatment bookings and up-sells. Create a welcoming atmosphere during check-in and check-out, consistently providing professional, engaging, and friendly service. Process daily transactions and adjustments, accepting responsibility for the cash drawer and ensuring it balances at shift close. Communicate all changes, cancellations, and additions to the Spa Leadership team while maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to hotel health and safety standards. Perform assigned duties including checklists and maintain a high level of professionalism.
