Job Summary
Spa Operations Supervisor at Chateau Elan Winery & Resort overseeing the daily spa operational flow, coordinating all spa group experiences from inquiry to onsite execution, serving as primary liaison among Spa, Resort Sales, Catering, Conference Services, Reservations and other departments, supervising Front Desk and Spa Attendants, driving training and retail performance, coordinating group itineraries and scheduling, hosting spa groups onsite to ensure luxury guest experiences, maintaining standards of cleanliness and presentation, and supporting staffing, inventory, and operational improvements in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- TIPS Certification Required
