Job Summary
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and other wellness therapies. Assess guest needs to recommend suitable treatments and educate clients on available services, products, and post-treatment care. Maintain high standards of hygiene in treatment rooms and facilities while ensuring guest comfort throughout their experience. Uphold industry protocols, promote spa services to maximize revenue, and stay updated on wellness trends. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Shared accommodation is provided within 5 minutes of the salon, along with medical insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, Massage Therapist, or a related role in a luxury spa or wellness center
- Certified in massage therapy, body treatments
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare therapies
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
