Job Summary
Administer professional massage and body treatments while assessing clients' soft tissue conditions and joint quality. Develop individualized treatment plans based on medical histories and provide guidance on postural improvement and stretching exercises. Maintain high standards of personal appearance, ensure treatment rooms are clean and stocked, and perform prep work including restocking supplies. Greets arriving guests on time, handles requests efficiently, and resolves customer issues courteously. Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, safety regulations, and confidentiality policies while reporting equipment deficiencies to management.
Required Qualifications
- State licensed massage therapist license
- required insurance
- High School diploma or equivalent
- experience in a hotel or a related field
- one year minimum
- ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience (one year minimum) in a hotel or a related field preferred
