Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Spa Attendant department, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to luxury service standards. Conduct daily briefings to communicate priorities, manage room readiness, and coordinate treatments based on therapist schedules. Lead hiring, onboarding, and training for the 20-member team while managing shifts, holidays, and staffing coverage. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on incidents and operational improvements, and serve as Manager on Duty for cross-functional support. This role requires 3 years of direct customer service experience and 2 years leading hospitality teams. We offer a $75,000 annual salary, comprehensive health benefits, 15 days of PTO, and a 401K plan. Located in Tribeca, AIRE Ancient Baths is expanding with a Los Angeles facility opening in 2026.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of experience providing direct customer service
- 2 years leading a team within the hospitality, fitness, or wellness industry
- Punctual, reliable, and flexible with scheduling according to business needs
- Organized and capable of following detailed instructions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a luxury business and/or spa, preferred
- Experience with onboarding and training new hires
- Experience with team building
- Experience working with booking/reservation systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Being bilingual (English and Spanish), is a plus
