Drive the efficient operation of the new Six Senses Tel Aviv spa by safeguarding sustainability and wellness pillars while updating industry knowledge to rejuvenate the guest experience. Lead the Spa team alongside the Director of Wellness, managing recruitment, onboarding, training, and host relations. Continuously assess treatments, exercise classes, and facilities against brand standards, LQA metrics, and guest feedback to maintain performance benchmarks. Ensure all staff actively participate in brand initiatives while adhering to global sensibility and local sensitivity values.
